Effective 30 Minute Workouts

The two first workouts set the standard and will be repeated at the end of the 30 day period so that you can keep track of your performance. The workout plan also includes a daily habit tracker to monitor sleep, water intake, daily activity and more.

Downloadable PDF Included

“30 days of QUICKFIX” is delivered to you through a downloadable pdf, and is yours to keep for as long as you wish. This means you can complete, and redo the 30 day workout period again and again.

Repeatable 30-Day Workout Plan

Choose between 3 and 5 sessions per week. The workouts are already in your chosen calendar, you just have to press play and I’ll do the workout with you from beginning to end.

You will need 2 dumbbells and a treadmill or somewhere to run. Each session is short and done in roughly 30 minutes, but trust me, if you put the effort in, 30 minutes is all you need.

Simple, Accessible Workouts

The movements are simple, yet effective, and the workouts can easily be adjusted to level by choosing the load and tempo that suits and challenges you. My goal is for you to be happy and satisfied with your own effort at the end of each workout, and I do my best to motivate you along the way.
